Thomas Oui, oenologist by trade, for the past 20 years, has worked as an organic wine consultant for producers in the Rhône Valley. He tastes and chooses the wine selection, decided on the ageing process and makes the final blend for the wines of G&T.
Fanny Breuil, also an oenologist by training, has operated her organic wine export company for the last 10 years.
