This wine is named after the founder of La Stoppa, lawyer Ageno, who was the first to believe and give value the great potential of this area. The only dry white wine of the estate, obtained after a long maceration from grapes of this hot and low yielding land.
Tasting Notes: It is orange/bronze colour with an amazing nose of tea, peaches, pears, sweet apricots and spice. On the palate there’s lovely rich ripe peach fruit and also a tannic structure but it is also juicy with honey and floral notes. This extremely complex wine has a dry finish.
Food Pairing Suggestion: Grilled Fish, Vegetable dishes, Shellfish
Grape Varieties: Malvasia, Ortugo, Trebbiano
