Made with the organic & biodynamic grapes of our Villa Seca, Maipu vineyard, handpicked late in March and gone through a double hand selection (cluster & grape). Following its fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it rests for 18 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: A full-bodied wine of intense deep ruby color. Its nose gives aromas of mature blueberry, flowers and olives Its acidity is notable, its tannins sweet and its finish long and persistent. Its aging potential is 8+ years.
