
Juliénas is one of the northernmost Crus of the Beaujolais. Bottière is a beautiful terroir! This is a throwback to classic Beaujolais from another era. Fermented with 100% whole clusters, carbonic fermentation, and a slow press. The sugars finished in Burgundian barrel.
