Tasting Notes: Biodynamic crisp white wine. Light straw yellow with fine tears. Delightful complexity in the nose with many primary aromas from the vineyard, backed with a hint of oak. Sublime sophisticated palate with ripe acidity and variegated texture. Very long finish.
Food Pairing Suggestion: Excellent with fried and grilled fish, grilled vegetables, stews of white poultry and white meat, fresh to semi-mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
