The 70 year old vines in the Clos Reyssié produces a rich but nicely balanced wine.
Tasting notes: Aromas and flavours of poached pear, oatmeal and white flowers. Tiny berries have lent appreciable dry extract to this bottling, underpinned by a lovely, saline minerality.
Food Pairing Suggestion: White meats, Gruyere, Terrine, Creamy based sauces
Grape Varieties: Chardonnay, Melon de Bourgogne
