Claus Preisinger is now one of the most highly acclaimed makers in his region of Burgenland. He's been working for over a decade off the shores of Lake Neusiedlersee with a meticulous eye for detail in his wines. He farms nineteen hectares biodynamically across sixty parcels or so, and each cuvee in his lengthy list of creations continues to surprise and delight.
