One of our all time favourite orange wines, COS' Rami is fresh and light buth as depth. Wild ferments are used the wine is aged for a short period in concrete tanks.
Tasting Notes: Citrus fruit, particularly (funnily enough) orange, pithy lemon zest and a touch of nuttiness. A touch of woody herbs.
