A sparkling wine from Huet’s three biodynamic vineyards on Vouvray’s Premiere Côte. Bottled before primary fermentation is completed, yeast added to complete the ferment.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, highly complex and very long, this is a gorgeous sparkling wine from Vouvray. Dry, firmly structured, mouth-filling and finesse-full, with great elegance and a delicate mousse, the 2009 has a persistently intense and fruity finish with a stimulatingly salinity and grip in the after-taste.
Food Pairing Suggestion: To be served as an aperitif, or serve it with a seafood platter, oysters or a steamed lobster.
