The original Huet vineyard is nearly 9 hA. It has the richest soils of the domaine’s three crus—a deep limestone-clay—and the wines are generally the estate’s most approachable.
Tasting Notes: Very luscious sweet nose, with melon fruit as well as notes of cheese and herbs. Richly aromatic. The palate is rich and open with lovely sweet, honeyed, citrussy, herby fruit. Some notes of straw, too.
