
Saint Bris is located in the area of Auxerre (a little over 20 miles from Chablis). Produced exclusively of Sauvignon Blanc (the only appellation to do so in Burgundy) on clay-chalky soils.
The wine is aged on fine lees for 8 months with regular sturring to enrich the structure
Tasting Notes :Citrus and lemon aromas with slight notes of fresh grass. The mouth is balanced and structured. To be runk young to preserve its freshness.
Food Pairing Suggestion: Quiche or salmon.
