INGREDIENTS
Basil, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, "Cosacavaddu" cheese, cane sugar, salt, almond, pistachio. Acidifier: Lactic acid.
USES
Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or crostone. Also recommended for seasoning first courses, pizzas and savory pies.
