Our tomatoes, Piccadilly variety, are processed through a slow drying process in the oven, able to preserve the organoleptic characteristics and concentrate the juiciness and sweetness of the tomatoes. Finally, they are seasoned with our Nocellara extra virgin olive oil.
Semi-dried tomatoes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, garlic, oregano. Acidifier: citric acid.
