This typical product represents a tradition, that of Sicilian families who every year, in summer, gathered to prepare the sauce to be preserved throughout the year. We make it with cherry tomatoes, typical of Pachino (Syracuse), sweet and aromatic.

USES
Heat two minutes. Perfect on pasta ). Also excellent for seasoning (pizza, side dishes, meat or fish main courses).
