
Dark yellow color with aromas of apricot, vanilla and orange marmalade. Robust and slightly tannic mouth sense with a long aftertaste. In Lixouri, near Vatsa beach, is a small beautiful vineyard. After destemming and crashing the grapes, soft pressing and static sedimentation, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18⁰C, maturation for 9 months in oak casks.
Tasting Notes: Golden and slighlty orange but bright color. An explosive nose full of every citrus fruit you can think of, dipped in honey and dried chrysanthemums. On the palate, it gets more intense, more mineral, more smokey, more spicy. Tannins and sharp acidity that can tame even red meat.
