Fermentation and aging:
Spontaneous fermentation in open steel tanks, with 2 days of contact with the skins. Manual breaking of the cap. Not filtered. No temperature control. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
An energetic red, with intense aromas of red fruits, mulberry, chalk and cherry. On the palate the fruit returns especially and exhibits a slightly tannic and grainy finish.
